HEAD, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Reporting to the Director Finance, the role is responsible for driving provision of financial performance strategic insights, and commentaries to business teams in delivering their annual objectives, review of new business initiatives and feasibility studies, preparation of monthly reporting packs, financial modelling and forecasting, monitor, report, analyze and advise on the resources allocation and prioritization, competitor benchmarking and analysis, performance/adherence against financial plans throughout the business cycle.

Leads and manages the organization’s HR strategies and agenda in partnership with line management. Drives change management initiatives and manages both internal and external HR-related communications. Shares accountability for the successful execution of the organization’s strategic objectives. Identifies high-performing and high-potential employees and works collaboratively to develop targeted value proposition strategies and development plans for them.

HEAD, LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT AND TALENT
Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role holder will be tasked to provide a framework for identifying learning options/curriculum/programs to meet business and staff needs, skill gaps and competency acquisition or development. This role also assesses the staff talent and skills level in the organization, identifies, manages and develops high potential and talent through accelerated development, retraining, internal resourcing and external recruitment as may apply.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER INVESTOR SERVICES
This role will be responsible for the strategic formulation and execution of custody and trustee services product offering and systems for the KCB Group entities. This involves keeping abreast of the regulatory developments, market dynamics, leading and guiding the team on the entire product development process from conceptualization, design, delivery, launch and return on investment management & tracking, as well as product monitoring and control

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Trustee Services, the role is responsible for providing Trustee Services for a designated portfolio of clients as per the laid down procedures and regulatory guidelines. The role holder will be responsible for sourcing, expanding and retaining existing client relationships so as to increase market share and profitability of the Trustee Services offering.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER CUSTODY SERVICES
Reporting to the Head, Investor Services, the role is responsible for providing custody services for collective investment schemes, retirement benefits schemes and other investors, and ensuring the services are provided in compliance with the Collective Investment Schemes Regulations, Retirement Benefits Act and Regulations, and KCB policies and procedures. The role holder will source, expand and retain existing client relationships so as to increase market share and profitability of the Custody Services offering.
