The Institute hereby seeks to recruit results-oriented and self-driven experienced Consultants/trainers in the following areas:
- Leadership and Management
- Human Resource
- Financial Management
- Corporate Citizenship and Environmental Management
- Information, Innovation and Knowledge Management
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Master’s degree in relevant area
- Professional certification in management, governance and/or leadership
- At least five years in training and/or consultancy
- At least five years in senior management
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- KIM membership will be an added advantage
- Publications, published papers and articles will also be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and passionate about institutional excellence
