General Manager KTDA Power
Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and ensuring KTPC achieves its mission to be a preferred energy consultancy and management Company delivering sustainable value to our shareholders. Additionally, he/she shall provide overall oversight to ensure effective mobilization of resources as well as prudent utilization and allocation to improve the life of the small-scale tea farmers.
Head of Data Analysis and Management
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading KTDAs, group data strategy, governance, and analytics functions and ensuring that data is collected, stored, managed, and analyzed effectively to support evidence-based decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across KTDA and its subsidiaries.
Manager Resource Mobilization and Business Development
KTDA Foundation and Social enterprise mandate is to initiate interventions that improve the welfare of small holder tea farmers in Kenya through strategic partnerships in areas of education, health, economic empowerment and environmental conservation.
Reporting to the General Manager KTDA Foundation and Social Enterprises, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business initiatives and efforts to mobilize and secure funding and build sustainable business partnerships, networks and linkages to enable the Foundation achieve its mission to revitalize the smallholder tea sector in Kenya.
Manager Programmes Management Impact, Reporting and Learning
Reporting to the General Manager KTDA Foundation, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating high-impact programmes and partnerships, ensuring learning and evidence-based decision-making are embedded in all interventions.
