1. Human Resources & Administration Manager – J/G ‘P’ (CSG 7)

No. of Positions: 1
Basic Salary: KSh 92,030 – 133,410 per month
House Allowance: KSh 28,000
Commuter Allowance: KSh 12,000

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Principal, the HR & Administration Manager will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring the institution attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The role ensures compliance with employment laws and handles recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR advisory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 8 years relevant experience
  • Master’s Degree in HR or MBA (HR option) – added advantage
  • Member of IHRM in good standing with a valid practicing licence
  • Senior management or leadership training – added advantage

Key Competencies

Ability to implement institutional mandate, decision-making skills, creativity, managing quality & risk, strategy execution, financial management, people management, planning, coordination, and counselling skills.


2. Senior Internal Auditor – J/G ‘N’ (CSG 8)

No. of Positions: 1
Basic Salary: KSh 52,330 – 96,130 per month
House Allowance: KSh 25,500
Commuter Allowance: KSh 8,000

Job Summary

The Senior Internal Auditor will conduct quality assurance reviews, enhance governance, improve internal controls, risk management, and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA(K)
  • Member of ICPAK in good standing
  • Member of IIA in good standing
  • Minimum 6 years experience (3 years in a managerial role)

3. CBET Technologist – Food Production – J/G ‘K’ (CSG 10)

No. of Positions: 1
Basic Salary: KSh 41,420 – 57,230 per month
House Allowance: KSh 12,800
Commuter Allowance: KSh 5,000

Job Summary

Prepare training materials, guide learners during practicals, maintain workshop inventory, ensure safety compliance, and support daily workshop operations.

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma in Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience
  • Skills in cooking techniques, food presentation, kitchen management
  • Good communication and computer skills

4. CBET Technologist – Material Testing – J/G ‘K’ (CSG 10)

No. of Positions: 2
Basic Salary: KSh 41,420 – 57,230 per month
House Allowance: KSh 12,800
Commuter Allowance: KSh 5,000

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Relevant experience
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage

Duties

Equipment maintenance, guiding learners, record keeping, workshop support, research and innovation in material testing.


5. CBET Technologist – Nutrition & Dietetics – J/G ‘K’ (CSG 10)

No. of Positions: 2
Basic Salary: KSh 41,420 – 57,230 per month
House Allowance: KSh 12,800
Commuter Allowance: KSh 5,000

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics from a KNDI-recognized institution
  • Registration & valid practicing licence from KNDI
  • Relevant experience
  • Computer proficiency and communication skills

Duties

Practical training, nutrition support, inventory management, safety compliance, and workshop operations.


6. CBET Technician – Animal Production & Health Management – J/G ‘J’ (CSG 11)

No. of Positions: 1
Basic Salary: KSh 34,420 – 46,120 per month
House Allowance: KSh 7,500
Commuter Allowance: KSh 4,000

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma in Animal Production & Health Management
  • Relevant work experience
  • Computer literacy – added advantage

Duties

Equipment maintenance, guiding learners, safety compliance, workshop support.


7. CBET Technician – Health Records – J/G ‘K’ (CSG 10)

No. of Positions: 1
Basic Salary: KSh 34,420 – 46,120 per month
House Allowance: KSh 7,500
Commuter Allowance: KSh 4,000

Requirements

  • Diploma in Health Records from an HRIM-recognized institution
  • Registration & valid licence from HRIM
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of EHR systems
  • Understanding of health documentation standards

Duties

Managing EHRs, data entry, accuracy checks, supporting clinicians, audits, records retrieval.


8. Nursing Officer II – J/G ‘J’ (CSG 11)

No. of Positions: 2
Basic Salary: KSh 34,420 – 46,120 per month
House Allowance: KSh 7,500
Commuter Allowance: KSh 4,000

Requirements

  • Diploma in KRN or KRCHN
  • Registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya
  • Relevant experience
  • Competence in nursing care delivery
