Manager, Risk Governance
Job Description
To support the Chief Risk Officer by effectively assuming full responsibility and accountability for the risk governance framework, including the administration of risk governance documents (i.e., policies, procedures, mandates, and similar materials); fulfilling a risk governance advisory role; providing assurance on the effectiveness of the risk governance architecture; and assisting in board interactions on risk governance matters, where required.
Lead the development and delivery of high-quality risk reporting materials, including executive and board-level risk packs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight. Synthesize complex risk data into concise, actionable insights tailored for senior leadership and board audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant risk information and ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Specialist
Job Description
To support the origination, structuring, and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and equity-raising transactions in East Africa across sectors by developing a seasoned understanding of the Investment Banking (IB) M&A Advisory portfolio, and by performing activities independently to support the growth of a leading M&A Advisory business, within defined Corporate IB risk parameters and relevant regulatory requirements.
