Kilimall is seeking a results-driven and experienced professional to join its dynamic team as a Website Operations Manager. This role is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Core Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Website Operations
- Oversee overall planning, setup, and continuous optimization of the company website/platform.
- Coordinate channel resources and content updates to enhance user experience and page views.
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies using tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics and other platforms to understand user behavior and conversion funnels, producing actionable strategies.
2. Cross-Team Collaboration & Project Management
- Work with design, development, and marketing teams to drive feature enhancements, promotional campaigns, and brand exposure initiatives.
- Formulate annual/quarterly operational plans, set KPIs, oversee progress, and improve efficiency.
3. Client & Resource Management
- Develop and maintain B2B partnerships, identify client needs, and provide customized solutions such as recruitment zones and brand showcase pages.
- Integrate external resources including media and KOLs, design cooperation processes, and enhance the commercial value of the platform.
4. Industry & Competitor Analysis
- Track internet industry trends and analyze competitor strategies.
- Propose innovative and differentiated operational plans to drive user growth and content innovation.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Minimum 3 years of website operations experience; background in healthcare, e-commerce, or logistics preferred.
- Experience in multi-language or multi-region website operations is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and data analytics platforms, with strong ability to execute data-driven strategies.
Soft Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative yet execution-driven, capable of running innovative campaigns such as UGC submissions and live streaming collaborations.
- Proven team leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals.
