Qualifications and Requirements:
- Holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a Bachelor of Human Resource Management
- Must be available full-time for the entire 12-month internship period
- Aged between 22 and 28 years
- At least one prior internship in HR or administration.
- Membership with IHRM (added advantage)
- Background in Secretarial Studies (added advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- A recommendation letter from a religious leader, who should also be included as one of the referees.
