Capwell Industries Limited is a leading food processing and manufacturing company in Kenya, committed to enriching lives through nutrition. As part of our long-term leadership development strategy, we are inviting high-potential graduates to apply for our 12-month Management Trainee Program (2026).
This program is designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured cross-functional exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business.
About the Program
The Management Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience within a complex FMCG organization. Trainees will be embedded in the business and actively involved in real projects that contribute directly to operational and commercial outcomes.
This is not a classroom-based program. Participants will learn by doing—working closely with experienced professionals and leaders across the organization.

Candidate Requirements
Interested candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High levels of adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential and readiness to take ownership
- Interest in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations
