Job Description
To pro-actively develop acquisition prospects at scale by focusing on sectors that demonstrate Affluent and Wealth opportunities for Executive, Private Banking and High Net Worth Clients (where required).
Identify new business and expansion opportunities to achieve defined financial budgets, through optimal growth of assets and liabilities, transactional, margin management and revenue streams in line with agreed targets. Carry out needs analysis of companies & sectors to develop customized proposals, proactively build mutually beneficial Work Place Banking/ Employee Value Banking relationships and professional partnerships, with objective to scale acquisition for the Executive, Private & Wealth segments.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance or any other related field.
Experience Required
5-7 years
- Experience in sales and relationship management of personal customers to be able to drive profitability and build relationships.
- Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
- Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications is essential.
