Job Purpose;
- This individual will be required to work with the Neighbouring markets Country managers, Product Managers, Channel Managers and marketing agencies to ensure on-time and effective new product introduction / go-to-market.
- Plan media, PR, IM and Digital Marketing in collaboration with brand teams as part of go to market strategy
Responsibilities;
- Ensure all aspects of the brand marketing and communication align with the ethos and goals for Global MX (Mobile experience) division.
- Work with management team to set the marketing strategy for all neighbouring countries in alignment of the overall marketing strategy set for MX division.
- Collaborate with Country Managers, Retail and Product Teams to create and improve strategies that create awareness of the MX division in neighbouring countries
- Research and analyzation of market trends, strategies and competitors to advise marketing strategies and win in the overall company goals.
- Oversee marketing, branding, advertising and promotional campaigns in neighbouring countries.
- Work hand in hand with country teams in tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings based on the Return on Investment.
- Negotiate and liaison with third-party marketing agency on marketing activities for the brand.
- Accurately manage the marketing investment/ budget in collaboration with the country teams in line with the agreed marketing plan, to reconcile and amend as necessary during the financial year.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Guide digital marketing manager on digital marketing campaigns for the neighbouring markets, build reporting frameworks to evaluate return on Investment on the various digital marketing activities for MX division
- Guide corporate communication manager on integrated communication strategy for neighbouring markets and in alignment with overall marketing objectives for MX division.
- Recruit and manage strategic partnerships that support our brand building activities in collaboration with the Country teams
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns and strategies for the business unit; to ensure the best gains in market share (or stated KPI / goal).
- Plan all aspects with regards to new product launches, or sell-out initiatives with specific reference to specific products

Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role
- Minimum 5 years in Marketing team management experience
- Degree in Marketing /Or other related Fields
- Marketing communication
- Mid and long term plan execution
- ROI Calculation and analysis
- Documentation skill
- Good understanding of Budget optimization
- Good understanding of Customer and Consumer anlysis
- Experience with tactical Marketing planning
