Reporting to: Marketing and Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the school’s brand and programs.
- Create engaging digital content across social media, website, and other platforms.
- Design marketing materials using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Creative Cloud.
- Produce and edit videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Support in managing CRM systems to enhance lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
- Prepare timely marketing and performance reports.
- Contribute to event planning, school promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- With at least 3- 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, including social media management (TikTok, Meta, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.), proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and ad optimization.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Creative Cloud, etc.) and video editing.
- Strong report-writing and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead conversion.
- Use of advanced Al tools to execute most tasks
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and creative individual with high integrity and good professional standing.
