1. Architectural Assistant III – J/G ‘H’ (3 Posts)
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing preliminary drawings
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings in relation to the Architect’s sketches and incorporating these details in the preliminary drawings
- Performing any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements for Appointment
- Diploma or Technician Certificate Part III in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Membership with the Architectural Association of Kenya
- Certificate in computer application skills
2. Registered Nurse III – J/G ‘H’ (20 Posts)
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing nursing interventions and evaluating patient outcomes
- Providing appropriate healthcare services including IMCI, immunization, PMTCT, ante-natal care and delivery
- Providing health education and counselling to patients/clients
- Facilitating patient admission and initiating discharge plans
- Maintaining records on patients/clients’ health condition and care
- Ensuring a tidy and safe clinical environment
- Collecting and compiling data
- Performing any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements for Appointment
- Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing, Kenya Registered Nursing, Kenya Registered Midwifery, Kenya Registered Nursing/Midwifery or Kenya Registered Nursing/Mental Health and Psychiatric
- Registration certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Certificate in computer application skills
3. Enrolled Nurse III – J/G ‘G’ (9 Posts)
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing patients and clients and establishing healthcare needs
- Planning and implementing nursing care interventions
- Providing healthcare services including immunization, ante-natal care and delivery
- Referring patients and clients appropriately
- Evaluating healthcare outcomes and preparing individualized reports
- Making appropriate discharge plans
- Conducting school health assessments
- Planning and implementing interventions and preparing periodic reports
- Maintaining patient/client records
- Ensuring a tidy and safe clinical environment
- Ensuring safe custody of in-patient belongings
- Conducting home visits and follow-up care
- Treating minor ailments
- Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements for Appointment
- Certificate in Kenya Enrolled Nurse, Kenya Enrolled Community Health Nurse, Kenya Enrolled Midwife, Kenya Enrolled Psychiatric Nurse or Enrolled Nurse/Midwifery
- Enrolment certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Certificate in computer application skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out office cleanliness
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing system
- Attending to visitors and clients
- Ensuring security of office equipment
Requirements for Appointment
- KCSE mean grade D- (Minus) or equivalent qualification
- Certificate in computer application skills
5. ECDE Care Taker – J/G ‘B’ (57 Posts)
Terms of Service: Three (3) Years Contract
Duties and Responsibilities
- Class teaching
- Organizing and facilitating play and learning activities
- Caring and nurturing learners’ holistic development
- Managing ECDE classes and maintaining professional and administrative records
- Ensuring learners’ safety and security
- Preparing and developing play and learning materials
- Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements for Appointment
- KCSE minimum grade D+ (Plus) or KCE Division IV
- Certificate in Early Childhood Development Education from KNEC/Ministry of Education or equivalent
- Certificate in computer proficiency
- Registered by the Teachers Service Commission
- Certificate of Good Conduct
6. Clerical Officer II – J/G ‘F’ (10 Posts)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiling statistical records
- Sorting, filing and dispatching letters
- Maintaining an efficient filing system
- Processing appointments, promotions, discipline and transfers
- Computing financial or statistical records
- Preparing payment vouchers
- Compiling data and drafting simple letters
- Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor
