About the role:
The role holder will be in charge of ensuring that customers’ devices are restored to full functionality quickly and reliably. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing component-level repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance on smartphones. You will handle both hardware and software-related problems, from replacing broken screens and batteries to troubleshooting operating system errors and configuration issues.

What you would be expected to do:

• Perform functional test to triage damaged devices and diagnose failures
• Disassemble, test, and replace defective components
• Test and reclaim specific components and external housings
• Reassemble complete device, following predetermined work instructions
• Perform full functional, cosmetic, and RF testing
• Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

You might be a strong candidate if you:

• Hold a diploma in Electronics engineering.
• Have a mandatory 2 year plus direct experience in cell phone or other electronic device repair.
• Are familiar with software flashing and RF test experience.
• Have experience using precision tools and technology.
• Are a good team player and excellent of time management.
• Have high integrity and work ethic.
