Key Responsibilities
- Receive and validate purchase requisitions.
- Source suppliers, request quotations, and prepare comparison reports.
- Draft LPOs, follow up on deliveries, invoices, and payments.
- Procure office supplies, facility repair items, and technology equipment (IT hardware, CCTV, printers, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with documentation, KRA requirements, and three-way matching.
- Track procurement progress, supplier KPIs, and prepare routine reports.
- Support GA tasks including permits/licenses liaison and administrative contract coordination with Legal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business or related field.
- 1–2 years’ procurement experience (operational/admin procurement preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (quotation analysis).
- Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with Legal/Finance/government entities is an advantage.
