About the role

The Public Policy Manager will lead Bolt’s regulatory and government relations work in Kenya. You will guide compliance, ensure operational continuity, and shape Bolt’s position in a fast changing mobility environment. Working with senior leadership, you will manage key external relationships and represent Bolt as a trusted, data driven voice in the transport sector.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Regulatory and Government Engagement – Build and maintain a structured network of government and regulatory stakeholders. Lead engagement with the Ministry of Transport, NTSA, Parliament, and county authorities, ensuring clear documentation and consistent messaging.

About you:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs, with proven success influencing policy outcomes.
