Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst/Trainer to join their Nairobi team. This role is key in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of healthcare systems while supporting safe, high-quality pediatric care.
As a QA Analyst/Trainer, you will:
- Conduct software testing and quality assurance processes
- Ensure system reliability and performance
- Support users through training and system adoption
- Contribute to improved healthcare service delivery
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role within a software development environment
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
