We seek to recruit capable and result oriented individuals to fill the following position of Registry and Records Management

Term : 3 Months | Positions : Open | Deadline : 2026-01-24

Minimum Qualifications:Diploma or degree in a relevant field
Reporting To:Human Resource Manager
Job Term:3 Months
Department:HR & Administration Department

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum Grade of C plain 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Classify and label documents and file accordingly
  • Ensure the document management system is up-to-date
  • Ensure the registry and Archive are clean
  • Respond to record requests by retrieving requested files
  • Maintain accurate records of document orders and movements
  • Remove or archive repeated documents or irrelevant/out-dated information
  • Respond to queries in person, by e-mail, by post, or by phone
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and Integrity
  • Able to work as part of a team
