Job Purpose
The Relationship Manager β Commercial Banking will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients by providing innovative financial solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sustainable business growth in line with the Bankβs strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients
- Acquire new customers while retaining and expanding existing relationships
- Structure and deliver appropriate banking products and solutions
- Drive revenue growth through deposits, lending, and other bank products
- Conduct credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Proven track record in sales, portfolio growth, and customer management
