We are seeking a qualified Relationship officer who will be responsible for driving business growth by actively selling Enterprise banking products within defined market segments and cross-selling the Bank’s full range of services to enhance value and strengthen relationships with the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Liabilities, Assets, and Non-Funded Income (NFI) within the Enterprise segment. Effectively manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and grow the quality loan book.
- Promote active use of the bank’s Credit and Treasury facilities.
- Recommend and drive product development for the Enterprise sector.
- Evaluate credit proposals and oversee the application process to meet Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Manage and expand existing client relationships while acquiring new Enterprise clients.
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory requirements and safeguard the bank’s image.
- Actively cross-sell and upsell bank products. Execute assigned official duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proven networking, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with keen attention to detail.
