Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Revenue Bucket owners to ensure the availability of the revenue inputs required for revenue planning are provided within the required timeline.
  • Ensure all deadlines set for the revenue planning activities/forecast inputs are happening per schedule.
  • Responsible for the availability of the Revenue Tracker and associated inputs.
  • Analyzing raw data that received from MIS/Finance & Marketing linking their performance against stated target and sharing with the team members for making the best-informed decisions.
  • Market Evaluations for new coverage sites, coverage improvement and Capacity sites.
  • Preparation of Business cases to justify Capex requirements
  • Business Tracking monitoring and analysis to understand reasons for underperformance.
  • Assess how business unit is performing and help to improve their processes and systems.
  • Conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and clients.
  • Overall Management of all Research Agencies and management of Research Budget.
  • Communicate effectively on the results obtained from research and follow up on the agreed actions to be undertaken and ensure that they are implemented

Qualifications

  • A University Degree in Statistics, Economics or B Com in Accounting or Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer Literacy particularly in Power Point & Excel.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with Management Information Systems (MIS) and MySQL.
