Key Responsibilities
- RTM Strategy Development & Execution
- Design and implement RTM strategies tailored to Beauty and Convenience Retail channels.
- Evaluate and optimize distributor and retail coverage models to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Lead the development of channel segmentation and prioritization frameworks.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze RTM KPIs including availability, visibility, and sell-out performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and field feedback.
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Lead joint business planning sessions with key partners to align on growth targets.
- Support sales teams with tools, training, and processes to enhance execution.
- Channel Innovation & Expansion
- Identify and pilot new RTM models including digital commerce
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field/social sciences.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics .
