Sales Agents at KUPA Kenya
KUPA Kenya is currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join its growing team. The organization is looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to help expand its customer base across several regions in Kenya.
Successful candidates will be deployed within their areas of residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate (C- and above).
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
Salary
- Successful candidates will receive a competitive commission-based compensation structure.
