ROLE SUMMARY
Mawingu is a fast-growing company seeking to disrupt the internet industry across rural Kenya. Utilizing our innovative technology, we combine wireless and fiber technology and solar power to distribute low-cost, affordable, and reliable internet to all our customers nationwide. Our mission is to open opportunities by creating a world where all people, without exception, can harness the power of the internet to prosper.
MAX is the name of our internet plans for homes and small businesses. MAX means “more,” more opportunities, speed, entertainment, and internet!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target customers for FTTH and Small business services.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Generating an interest in the product by engaging these customers to discover their needs.
- Experience in selling FTTH.
- Following up with the new customer, particularly in the first three months, to ensure that the service received exceeds their expectation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Post high school qualifications.
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Areas to work in: Naivasha, Narok, Kakamega, and Eldoret
