Position summary:

The Senior Associate, Learning & Development and Change Management plays a key role in advancing the Rainforest Alliance’s global Learning & Development (L&D) and Change Management initiatives. Working closely with the Global L&D Manager and Global Change Manager, this role ensures that programs are effectively communicated, coordinated, and measured — helping to drive a culture of learning, engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The Senior Associate supports the design, communication, and delivery of learning programs, engagement activities, and organizational change initiatives. This includes managing program logistics, developing engaging communication materials, tracking participation data, and ensuring alignment between People Function initiatives.

This position will work approximately 60% within Learning & Development and 40% within Change Management, with the distribution fluctuating based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of global learning, onboarding, and change-related sessions across time zones.
  • Collaborate with facilitators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate program trackers, dashboards, and participation reports to support visibility and follow-up.
  • Support organization-wide initiatives, such as employee engagement or recognition programs, with high-quality content and logistics.

Communications & Engagement

  • Develop engaging communication materials (e.g., emails, newsletters, internal updates) to promote learning and culture initiatives.
  • Maintain and update content on internal intranet and shared knowledge platforms.
  • Draft and coordinate messaging for organization-wide engagement campaigns and learning updates.
  • Support storytelling by highlighting success stories, impact, and lessons learned from learning and change initiatives.

Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Design and analyze surveys, registration forms, and feedback loops to gather insights on learning and engagement effectiveness.
  • Collect and interpret data from learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Busuu) to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
  • Prepare concise reports and data visualizations to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to contribute to a more data-driven learning and change function.

Platform & Vendor Management

  • Manage user access and monitor engagement on learning platforms.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure contracts, invoices, and service delivery align with organizational standards.
  • Propose creative strategies to enhance visibility and participation in learning and change initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the People Function and wider organization.
  • Help maintain a two-way feedback loop through focus groups, surveys, and workshops.
  • Act as a coordination point for cross-functional projects related to learning, engagement, and culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR, Change Management, or Employee Engagement.

Deadline: 31 October 2025
