Position: Senior Executive – Business Development
Location: Coast Region
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale & LMT Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by mapping wholesalers/LMTs, managing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Product Availability & Market Intelligence: Ensure optimal product range and availability, monitor competitor pricing and activities, and maintain consistent market pricing.
- Distributor & Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with distributors, DSRs, and branch teams through regular visits, route accompaniments, and proactive support.
- Reporting, Analysis & Risk Management: Track sales performance, analyze market data, share ROI reports, identify growth opportunities, and manage operational sales risks.
- Training & Performance Management: Mentor and train DSRs, support distributor sales teams, implement sales programs, and participate in performance reviews and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with demonstrated distributor growth.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
