Job Purpose Statement
As a team lead, the role is to achieve business growth in Retail banking through growth of the Commercial and SME asset book and achieve a quality portfolio through ensuring timely appraisals and renewals of credit applications by the CSME Credit Analysis team. The growth is achieved through strong support to CSME Relationship Teams, Retail Officers and Branch Managers in the appraisal of customer facilities and portfolio management with an aim of improving on quality and turnaround time for approval of credit applications.

Job Specifications
Academic:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business studies; Commerce (Finance, Accounting Option) or equivalent (achieve 2nd class upper and above)
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
Professional:
- CPA , ACCA or any other Accounting qualification
- Credit Management or Analysis qualification
- Certificate in Data Science will be an added advantage
Desired work experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in banking and credit analysis & appraisal
- 3 years’ Experience in a supervisory role
