Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Classic Mouldings Main Showroom – Mombasa Road, Nairobi

Reports To: General Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in interior design, construction, or building finishes.
You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and growing market presence across our full range of products — from decorative paints, mouldings, and wall panels to flooring, ceilings, roof accessories, and other premium interior solutions.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in B2C & B2B selling, and capable of turning client needs into design-led solutions that deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and onboard new clients in the interior design, construction, and architectural space.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and property developers.
- Facilitate client visits, site follow-ups, and product presentations to key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design solutions in coordination with the technical and design teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance in the CRM/system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with the showroom, operations, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliveries.
- Participate in exhibitions, design fairs, and marketing events as required.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in sales within interior design, architectural finishes, construction
- materials, or related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
