Social Media Executive

Kenyans.co.ke is inviting applications from skilled and creative professionals to join their team as a Social Media Executive. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about digital storytelling, audience engagement, and brand growth across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms
• Monitor trends, audience insights, and analytics to optimize performance
• Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages professionally
• Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to align content with brand goals
• Support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Track and report on weekly and monthly social media metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, X Analytics, etc.
• Understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality content
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating past social media projects
