Department Description
Brief Description
The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) is the regulatory agency for the ICT industry in Kenya with responsibilities in telecommunications, cyber security, e-commerce, broadcasting, multimedia, and postal /courier services. The CA is also responsible for managing the country’s numbering and frequency spectrum resources, managing and administering the Universal Service Fund (USF), and safeguarding the interests of users of ICT services.

The Authority invites applications from ongoing students for a three-month (3) attachment opportunity in the following departments:

Job Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be ongoing students in a recognized university.
- Areas of study should align with the department applied for
- Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest in gaining practical experience in a dynamic regulatory environment in their application
- Mandatory submission of a letter from the University/College recommending the applicant for attachment.
- Provision for Persons Living With Disability (PWD): Applicants who indicate that they are PWDs should specify the type of disability and attach a copy of their valid PWD membership card.
- Indication of preferred duty station/region: Applicants should select their preferred region from the following options:
- CA Headquarters – Nairobi
- Coast Regional Office – Mombasa
- Western Regional Office – Eldoret
- Nyanza Regional Office – Kisumu
- Central and Eastern Regional Office – Nyeri
