About the role:

• Review captured business requirements.
• Configure solutions that meet customer needs based on stories entered in JIRA or developed in Microsoft Word.
• Develop, test, and document complete solutions.
• Provide end user and technical documents on completed solutions.
• Participate in other technical components (Scripting, Data Conversion/Migration, Report Development)

About You

• Interest in Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software configuration.
• Knowledge of Report Development using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
• Interest in Land Management, Business Licensing, Professional Licensing, Code Enforcement.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation experience.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Basic JavaScript experience.
• SQL Script experience (Oracle or SQL Server)
