Responsibilities
- Track daily/weekly performance through sourcing dashboards and KPI trackers
- Monitor sourcing progress against seasonal targets, flagging bottlenecks early with proposed workarounds
- Generate reports and visual dashboards for field and leadership teams
- Ensure sourcing meets volume and quality standards, and compliance expectations
- Train farmers on agronomic best practices and productivity improvements
- Design and test loyalty or incentive schemes to boost retention and yields
- Map plantations and track farmer expansion and performance data
- Support targeted interventions to close farmer productivity gaps

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, field execution, or agri-business development
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
- Effective communication skills with high stakeholder engagement capacity
- Experience in agriculture, market access, or agribusiness operations
- Familiarity with smallholder engagement and sourcing logistics
- Working knowledge of certification standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, GlobalGAP, RA)
- Understanding of tree crop production and rural supply chains
- Awareness of regulatory and quality standards in food/agro-processing
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural sites (60–70% field-based)
