Position Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: The Kenya Scouts Association HQ, Nairobi
Reporting To: Procurement Manager

Founded in 1910 and registered under an Act of Parliament Cap 219, KSA is a dynamic, inclusive, and impactful organization that nurtures young people into responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented citizens.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily stores operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Supervise and lead stores staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with policies.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Liaise with procurement, and Scouts Shops to align supply chain activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a related role.
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
