Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects.
- Conduct product testing to verify functionality, durability, and compliance.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Address customer complaints and manage product returns related to quality.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and certifications.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices and safety protocols.
- Assist in internal and external audits with reports and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in QA/QC or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and QMS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
