• Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank and petty cash.
• Analyze financial data, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Handle tax compliance, filings, and statutory obligations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company financial policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA I qualification and professional body membership required.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
