Are you passionate about numbers, processes, and purposeful projects? We’re looking for a Project Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge life safety, security, and automation systems across East Africa. This full-time position will support the financial health of complex, multi-phase projects—partnering with project managers, engineers, and clients to track budgets, control costs, manage invoicing, and ensure revenue integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Own project budgets, forecasts, WIP reports, and revenue schedules
- Lead cost tracking, variance analysis, and client billing
- Ensure financial compliance, reporting, and audit readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally and present clear, actionable insights

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in project accounting (construction/systems integration ideal)
- CPA, CMA, or Finance degree
- ERP/Excel prowess and a keen eye for detail
- A “costing mindset” and love of cross-team collaboration
