Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment production
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines and tailoring equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to sit or stand for extended periods
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, sew, repair, and alter garments while ensuring high-quality finishes
- Operate industrial sewing machines for high-volume production
- Follow stitching specifications, patterns, and work orders accurately
- Assemble garments with precision and efficiency
- Maintain sewing machines and report any technical issues
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Inspect finished garments, identify defects, and perform necessary corrections
