Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused professional with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness and service standards? We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure our facilities remain clean, comfortable and welcoming for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, mentor and support housekeeping staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records (linen movement, cleaning checklists, reports).
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
