Progressive Credit is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Debt Recovery Officer – Mobile Money to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls, SMS, and other channels to follow up on overdue mobile loan repayments.
• Negotiate repayment schedules in line with company policies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate problematic accounts to the supervisor where necessary.
• Educate customers on loan terms, repayment obligations, and consequences of defaulting.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in debt recovery and credit management.
• Experience in mobile loans or digital lending platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High integrity, self-motivated, and target-driven.
