About the Role
Demulla is looking for motivated and results-driven Recovery Officers to join its growing team across multiple branches in Kenya. The successful candidates will support effective client recovery processes while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on client recovery processes
- Strengthen client accountability and repayment compliance
- Maintain accurate recovery records and reports
- Build professional relationships with clients
- Support branch recovery performance targets
Ideal Candidate
- Results-oriented and accountable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in collections, recovery, microfinance, or related fields is an added advantage
