About the Role

Demulla is looking for motivated and results-driven Recovery Officers to join its growing team across multiple branches in Kenya. The successful candidates will support effective client recovery processes while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

  • Manage and follow up on client recovery processes
  • Strengthen client accountability and repayment compliance
  • Maintain accurate recovery records and reports

Ideal Candidate

  • Results-oriented and accountable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience in collections, recovery, microfinance, or related fields is an added advantage
