Progressive Credit Ltd is a leading non-deposit-taking Microfinance, known for its flexible financial solutions that support our customers in achieving success.  We are well-positioned, with presence in majority of the country’s major towns to continually offer pleasant and convenient services. We seek to recruit dynamic, suitably qualified and competent individuals with excellent leadership skills for the position of Relationship Officers and Team Leaders.

Job Purpose

The officers are tasked with marketing and contribute to the growth of the company’s portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
  • Ensures high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
  • Provide support in recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
  • Ensures zero tolerance to customer complaints-both internal and external.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customer’s information.
  • Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business related course
  • A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
