Job Purpose
The officers are tasked with marketing and contributing to the growth of the company’s portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
- Ensures a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
- Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by you and the team.
- Ensures zero tolerance for customer complaints-both internal and external.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers’ information.
- Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course
- A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Team leader /Branch Manager
