Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote Brisk Credit’s financial products and services.
- Recruit and onboard new clients.
- Grow and manage a healthy loan portfolio.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Follow up on loan repayments and support portfolio quality.
- Achieve individual and branch performance targets.
Requirements
- Little to no experience is allowed.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proven ability or willingness to grow and manage a loan portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
