Rafiki Microfinance Bank is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join its team in the following positions:
1. Assistant Manager – Credit Risk Analysis
The successful candidate will lead credit risk assessments and evaluate borrowing proposals to help maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of active experience in credit analysis and/or risk management.
2. Assistant Manager – Credit Administration Reporting
The role involves preparing and submitting accurate and compliant regulatory and internal credit reports while supporting Credit Administration through data management and reporting.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year in credit or finance reporting.
