Executive Assistant
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant serves as a trusted strategic partner responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office.
The role provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), enabling them to focus on organizational priorities and deliver maximum impact.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams in a complex organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting board governance processes and executive office coordination.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation preparation skills.
