Job Description
To support and maintain the organisation’s software applications by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the resolution of system-related problems. The role is responsible for monitoring application performance, stability, and security, supporting system upgrades and enhancements, and ensuring applications operate efficiently to meet business and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Technology/Computer Science/ Mathematics or related
Experience Required
2-4 years
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide applications, preferably within banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience in Banking Systems Operations (COB, deployments, health checks, support, troubleshooting).
- Knowledge and experience with data, application design, version control and integration services.
