Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented and customer-central talent to lead and manage while monitoring and reporting in the talent cycle areas aligned to HR service delivery. This role will ensure implementation of related strategies, policies, processes and procedures that drive seamless efficiencies in reward & payroll management, workforce administration, employee benefits management and exit management to achieve overall HR strategy and the organizations objectives. This position manages a direct reporting team.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a degree in a related field, professional membership (IHRM) and a valid Practicing certificate, with at least five (5)) years hands-on experience as a generalist in HR management.
