Motorized Technical Representative
Job Summary
The Motorized Technical Representative (MTR) executes customer maintenance and replenishment tasks using a company-assigned motorbike. The MTR is responsible for both mobility and task execution, ensuring high productivity, SLA adherence, fleet discipline, and professional customer interaction.
Job Details
Task Execution & Productivity
- Execute tasks strictly according to engine priority.
- Protect Day 0–3 customers from running out.
- Maintain high daily productivity.
- Close assigned tickets within tight SLAs.
- Minimize reschedules and unreachable outcomes. 2. Route Efficiency
- Plan efficient daily routes using customer location details.
- Minimize unnecessary travel and idle time.
- Optimize task sequencing within assigned sector.
Customer Service & Professional Conduct
- Provide courteous, respectful service.
- Wear full branded company attire.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
Data Accuracy & Account Integrity
- Update inaccurate location or customer details.
- Ensure correct account-to-asset linkage.
- Follow repossession processes strictly.
Fleet & Riding Discipline
- Hold valid riding license at all times.
- Ride responsibly and safely.
- Avoid at-fault accidents.
- Conduct daily pre-ride safety checks.
- Ensure timely servicing of assigned bike.
- Avoid unnecessary fuel consumption.
Inventory Accountability
- Account for all assets issued.
- Prevent loss or damage.
- Return unused items properly.
Escalation & Field Reporting
- Report safety risks, tampering, or anomalies.
- Escalate systemic or recurring issues promptly.
