Job Overview

Kilimall Kenya is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager – Appliances to support the growth and success of its appliances category. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding sellers, managing brand relationships, improving operational performance, and ensuring sellers achieve their business objectives on the Kilimall platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and training for new brands and sellers before their stores go live.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to assigned brands and sellers.
  • Communicate business goals, develop joint marketing plans, and drive sellers toward achieving performance targets.
  • Monitor inventory preparation and order fulfillment to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and market research, providing reports and actionable recommendations to brands and sellers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of products and familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
