BRAC International Kenya

BRAC International Kenya is the Africa Regional Office of BRAC International, one of the world’s largest Global South-led development organizations dedicated to ending poverty and empowering people to realize their potential. Established in Kenya in 2019, the Nairobi office serves as the regional hub for operations across Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Liberia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone. BRAC International works in areas including financial inclusion, women’s economic empowerment, youth employment, education, livelihoods, humanitarian response, and social development. In Kenya, the organization is expanding financial inclusion through responsible digital financial services and microfinance while partnering with governments, donors, and local communities to build resilient and sustainable livelihoods. Guided by evidence-based and community-led approaches, BRAC International is committed to creating opportunities that enable people to overcome poverty and inequality.
