Job Description

Africa Merchant Assurance Company (AMACO) is inviting applications from ambitious and self-driven graduates for its Sales Management Trainee (SMT) Programme. This opportunity is ideal for recent Actuarial Science graduates looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry while receiving structured training, mentorship, and professional development.

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by promoting general insurance products, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets with guidance from experienced professionals.

Requirements
